The 70W-1 series synthetic inorganic gel needs to prepare a pre-gel before use. After adding it to water and stirring evenly, let it stand for more than 15 hours to fully expand the product and form a gel. This process can be accelerated in hot water.
It has excellent thixotropy in various aqueous formulation systems. These formulations can be applied to products for household and industrial surface coatings, cleaners, ceramic glazes, agriculture, oil fields, forestry, aquaculture and horticulture. The sol-pre-gel system formed by the HY-70W-1 series products can be used as a thixotropic agent, anti-sagging agent and anti-settling agent for waterborne coatings.
HY-70W-1 is hygroscopic and should be stored in a dry environment.
